Christmas Concert at Temple Square!

Well me and the girls had a special treat this last Saturday. I took the girls and my two nieces to the Christmas Concert at Temple Square. It was so much fun. My dad had somehow got a hold of five tickets. It was very nice of him to give them up to us girls to go to the concert.

This concert was amazing. We got to hear David Archaletta sing, the Tabernacle Choir sing. My dad had said that there was over a million in half people turned down for tickets. I am sorry those people missed out.

I am sure glad that we were able to participate. The boys went of to Chuck E Cheese and played while we were in the concert.

Ward Christmas Breakfast!

Christopher and Devin sitting on Santa's lap at the ward Christmas Breakfast. It was a Western theme breakfast. We had a couple of teenage boys play the guitar and sing, and then there was this guy that came in and did cowboy poetry. It was real nice and different.

Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving around here was not a normal Thanksgiving. Because I had to work in the afternoon, we didn't spend with family. So we just kind of had a smorgasboard of food to eat through out the day. I went to work at two in the afternoon. Gerald and the kids played games.

That night I got off work, picked Taylor up and went to Black Friday. As always it was alot of fun. I am probably the only one that thinks Black Friday is fun to go to. We got to meet a family from Tonga. They were a lot of fun to sit and talk to.

Taylor saw a fight at one of the pallets. It amazes me what people will do for an item. Me, if I get, I get it, if I don't, then I get it another time and pay a little more for it. Not worth the fight or getting kicked out of a store because of fighting for a product.

There was also a lady that thought that she could change DVD's out of one box and put into a cheaper box. Didn't work. They caught her. Now the question is, Did she save any money? Probably not. Well that is it for these last few weeks. Talk to you later.

Halloween

What a way to start of the holidays. With dressing up and going trick or treating. My kids love to go trick or treating. But I think they love to dress up more.

Anna, went as a fairy, Christopher as some monster, and Devin as a Lion. Taylor and her friend, Amanda went to Logan to see a movie and hang out. 

Pumpkin Carving!

Well we did our annual pumpkin carving. The kids sure do enjoy carving pumpkins. They invited a couple of their friends to help carve. Seeing how we always have more than enough pumpkins to carve.
