Gerald's fruits and labor.....

We all know that Gerald loves to work out in the garden and yard. He enjoys making the yard look nice and enjoys watching the progression of the garden. He has done alot of work this summer. He has made the garden bigger and has done alot of work on the yard. Here is some pictures of the garden and yard.

End of the Summer Family Party....

Well are whole family got together yesterday...What fun it is to be able to come together and enjoy the fruits of Gerald's labor. We had a barbecue at our house and had things from our garden. Potatoe salad, tomatoes, onions, and corn from the garden, along with all the other good stuff Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. How fun it was to provide and not have to spend a lot of money to have our family over. It was nice to visit and talk. I had two of my brothers and my dad, and my aunt and uncle. We sat around ate and talk..Watched kids, etc. It was fun. One of my brothers even brave it enough to jump into our pool and went swimming with Christopher and Anna. I hope that we will be able to do this again next year. We missed my sister and my other brother that were not able to make it to Preston to enjoy the festivities.

hey everybody!! this is tAyLoR!! lol!! so... the other day i was curling my hair with one of my good friends, deanza and she told me to move over a little bit and so i did... when i did that i didn't realize that the curling iron was sitting on my neck and it burnt me really bad!! so now there is a really bad burn on my neck and everyone keeps teasing me that it's a hicky because it kinda looks like one!! IT'S NOT A HICKY!! WHAT KIND OF A PERSON DO YOU THINK I AM??? ok... i just thought i would let everyone know that so if you see me and see it you will know what it is!! lol! anyways... high school is going good... I LUV IT!! i can't wait till the first football game!! it's gonna be so much fun!! well i better go!! ttyl!! ily!!

Salt Lake City Weekend....

Well school started on Thursday. It is very quite in our house. Devin really misses the kids. Me and the kids took a trip to SLC for the weekend to hang out with our friends, THE MOSLEY's. We had alot of fun. Saturday we went shopping at the gateway. While we were there I let Christopher and Devin go play in the fountain they have there. They had so much fun doing that. They really enjoyed it. They both did very well with the shopping that day.The teenagers actually got tired out shopping. They had to stop at the Lovesac store and rest in one of the lovesacs.. The rest of the time we kind of just hung out. The older kids thought that it was fun just to ride the elevators at the Sheraton. Taylor started Ballroom tryouts. They will go until the 13th of September. Both girls start piano this week and dance next week. So by next week will be in the normal schedule for school time... Things are going good. I work still, I think to much...but what are you going to do...there is always going to be something. We are getting ready for a family barbecue at our house. That should be a fun way to bring an end to summer.

Drivers Permit...

Watch out everyone, Taylor is on the road. She passed her Drivers Ed yesterday..She is so excited that she gets to drive now. So she will have her permit for 6 months, then she can go get her license.Then you really have to watch out. She will be driving by herself. A new chapter in life. Amazing how time flies. I can remeber when she was just a baby. Now she is a beautiful young lady. How time flies.

WOW!!! Let me brag, LOL. I have such beautiful daughters. They look so much alike. I have had people tell me just how much they look alike, I just didn't see it until in these picutres. They are such beautiful girls. I AM PROUD!!!

ha ha!! this is Taylor! i figured out my mom's blog password!! lol!! (laugh out loud!) so i can't wait till Thursday!! Cuz Thursday i get my driving permit!! YAY!!! Well i just thought i would let everyone know that!! SEE YA!!

What a couple of weeks....

Well the last time I wrote we had just had Anna's birthday...Now we are into August. Christopher's birthday is on the 19th. Another birthday out of the way...no more until December. Let's see school starts in a week in a half..back to the old grind. We got all our school shopping done...Yeah..I am still alive and have a little bit of money...Amazing how when your kids get older things get more expensive. We are doing pretty good. Glad that summer is almost over. Go back to schedules, organization, and a cleaner house. Taylor starts her first year of high school. Wow she is growing up so fast. I am amazed at how fast she has grown into such a young lady. Anna will be in 5th grade, and Christopher will be in 4th. They grow up way to fast. Well I haven't done much except work and get kids ready to start school. I did get a chance to go to the movies with my friend. We went and saw Mama Mia!!!! Excellent movie. Recommend to everyone. We are going to SLC to meet my friend Lori in a couple of weeks. That will be fun. That is all folks. Til the next time. Hope all is well with everyone.
