Well are whole family got together yesterday...What fun it is to be able to come together and enjoy the fruits of Gerald's labor. We had a barbecue at our house and had things from our garden. Potatoe salad, tomatoes, onions, and corn from the garden, along with all the other good stuff Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. How fun it was to provide and not have to spend a lot of money to have our family over.
It was nice to visit and talk. I had two of my brothers and my dad, and my aunt and uncle. We sat around ate and talk..Watched kids, etc. It was fun. One of my brothers even brave it enough to jump into our pool and went swimming with Christopher and Anna.
I hope that we will be able to do this again next year. We missed my sister and my other brother that were not able to make it to Preston to enjoy the festivities.
